For those of you wishing to book months in advance we require £100 deposit with the rest payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
For those of you who'd rather pay closer to the date we require all of the rent 6 weeks before the day of your arrival.

Booking your stay at Hoe Lodge is simple. Firstly, please contact us to discuss the dates you require; we will then ask you to revisit this page to agree our Contract and download our Booking Form (available in a choice of file types below). Once complete, please send it plus your deposit to the address stated in the form .

Our contract

You must agree the following for us to honour any booking.
1. Reservations are confirmed subject to receipt of a deposit. 2. Rental must be paid at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.
3. On payment of a deposit the Contract is binding for which the booking is made, except that in the event of a booking being cancelled, deposits will be refunded if notification is received not less than 6 weeks prior to occupancy.
4. Number of persons permitted to occupy is the number agreed on booking. On request extra beds can be provided at additional cost.
5. An apartment must be vacated by 11:00am on the day of departure. Occupation cannot be guaranteed until 3:00pm. Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state.
6. We cannot be held responsible for your personal effects and jewellery. It is advisable to take out insurance.
7. Cheques made payable to BENTANA PROPERTIES. All payments are acknowledged within 7 days.
8. Booking form to be completed and returned with deposit enclosed. If you are weary of sending money before confirming your required dates please feel free to contact us.
9. Additional facilities at a hire charge include: Extra bed, cot and high chair.
10. Bentana Properties reserve the right to cancel or offer alternative accommodation should, for some reason, the apartment booked become unavailable.
11. Apartments cannot be considered as main residence as they are part of Bentana Properties.
12. The owner or owners' representative reserve the right to enter the premises at any time for the purposes of maintenance and/or general routine safety inspections.
13. Any damage caused to the apartment of its contents during the rental period must be reported immediately to the owner or owners' representative and may be chargeable.
14. We reserve the right to terminate any booking should we consider that any activity during occupancy is inappropriate and or disruptive to other guests.
15. You may be asked to sign a paper copy of these terms before any request for a booking is honoured - in such a case, Bentana Properties will contact you.

If you disagree the contract we will not be able to offer you a space at Hoe Lodge.
